Shipping Policy + Return Policy
We strive for a two- three business days turnaround for fulfillment. This timeframe is prior to USPS scanning your package in to their system. If there is a high volume of orders this can increase up to one business week. We offer two USPS shipping methods, First-Class shipping takes 5-7 business days and Priority takes 2-3. Please note, priority shipping will not impact the turnaround on any pre-ordered items until the order is complete and ready to ship.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags in place, no stains or foul odors. It must also be in the original packaging with tags correctly attached. Only store credit is issued.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, if we accept the return, then store credit will be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
